Lou is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and CEO of Rising Tides Outreach. Lou was formerly with the AC Rescue Mission and Haven Beat The Street. Lou knows homelessness first hand, being homeless on the streets of Atlantic City for 12 years. Lou brings incredible insight and personal experience to helping the homeless access essential services.
