Lou is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and CEO of Rising Tides Outreach. Lou was formerly with the AC Rescue Mission and Haven Beat The Street. Lou knows homelessness first hand, being homeless on the streets of Atlantic City for 12 years. Lou brings incredible insight and personal experience to helping the homeless access essential services

Mark is a retired Certified Social Worker. He worked for AtlantiCare for 30 years as an addictions specialist and he is now our COO

Greg is a retired Atlantic City Police Department Captain. Greg now works for the Chelsea Economic Development Corporation and is also an Outreach Worker who works with Rising Tides Outreach
Steve Vaughn (SteveO) - Outreach Supervisor
Like Lou, Steve knows homelessness firsthand. Steve found his way off of the street and is now working as an Outreach Case Manager. Steve engages our clients and provides needed services such as housing, rehab and detox and just necessities needed to live on the street from day to day until our clients are ready for the help they need.
