Welcome to Rising Tides Outreach

Rising Tides Outreach,  is a non-profit organization that was formed to reach and help at risk persons experiencing homelessness. We specialize in engaging the most chronic individuals that tend  to fall between the cracks of the existing social service network.  We help Individuals that are  experiencing difficulty accessing substance use treatment and mental  health services while providing case management throughout the process.  We assist individuals with transportation, referral to emergency shelter, referrals for rental assistance, and counseling. We meet individuals where they are and provide services in a timely manner. Rising Tides Outreach is passionate about helping the lost, the lonely, the least and the last, return to a place of safety and security. Our collective experiences and our willingness to go the extra  mile, sets us apart from other service agencies. We are on call and we  respond when asked.
